Our return policy lasts 30 days from the moment you receive your order. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping labels are not supplied or reimbursed. Once returned, we will provide a refund for the full product amount.
We will replace an item if defective or damaged. We can also exchange for the same item if there are sizing issues within 30 days of receiving your order.
GLO ring resizing carries an additional $10 fee for domestic customers to cover the cost of reshipping the new ring or $13.90 for our international customers.
